A Moment for You to Put Down a Little of What You’re Carrying
Because often, we don’t even realise how much that is.
You don’t need to listen perfectly
Even a minute or two can help your body begin to soften.
______________________________
How do you feel?
Did that help, even a little?
______________________________
If it did…
there's a whole library of moments waiting for you inside.

This is for you if...
Life feels full in ways that are hard to explain.
Sometimes it’s motherhood.
Sometimes it’s shifting relationships.
Changing capacity. Burnout. Caregiving.
The invisible mental load.
A season that asks more of you than usual.
You’re still showing up.
Still doing what needs to be done. But some days, it feels like too much.
You find yourself losing patience faster than you used to.
Or holding everything together so well that nobody sees how much it’s costing you.
You lie awake at night with a mind that won’t stop.
You move through entire days without checking in with yourself once.
You don’t need fixing.
And you don’t need another thing to keep up with.
You might just need a minute.
Even in the bathroom with the door closed.
Even in the car before you go back inside.
Even in the quiet moment where you realise —
something feels heavy.
There is nothing to get right here.
There is no pressure.
Just simple support for the middle of real life.

What's inside...
A growing library of short audios (each under 5 minutes) —
made for the real moments of real life.
There’s no order to follow.
Nothing to complete.
You just press play for the moment you’re in.
Inside, you’ll find audio support for moments like:
💜 Before getting out of bed — to start the day feeling a little more grounded
💜 After big feelings — whether you’ve been the steady one for someone else, or you’re resetting after a moment you weren’t at your best
💜 When you feel prickly, overwhelmed, or close to snapping — before the feeling spills further
💜 When you’re overstimulated, touched out, or shutting down — and your nervous system needs a reset
💜 Before the hard moments — mealtimes, bedtime, school drop-off, hard conversations, or any moment you want to meet differently
💜 Between roles and responsibilities — a small pause before you walk back in
💜 At the end of the day — when your body is tired but your mind won’t stop replaying everything
💜 In the middle of the night — when sleep hasn’t come back and frustration starts to rise
💜 When you’re holding too much quietly — the invisible emotional load no one else fully sees
💜 When your body or capacity feels different — burnout, perimenopause, overstimulation, or the quiet feeling that something has shifted
Each month, a different support collection is highlighted for a specific season —
like the early years of motherhood, relationship shifts, invisible load, or changing capacity.
But inside the full library, it’s all here.
A place to land across seasons.

Why this works...
These support audios aren't meditations or a course. There's no programme to follow or finish.
They're built around the actual moments of your day — the ones that spike, the ones that flatten you, the ones where you need something before you walk back in.
Each one is grounded in how your nervous system responds in these moments — but you won’t need to think about that when you press play.
You'll just feel a little steadier. A little more connected. A little more like yourself.
Even one minute can shift what you carry into the next moment. In seasons like these, that matters more than we often realise.

About Krystal...
I made this library because I know these seasons.
I'm in them too — mama to a little one, counsellor by training, juggling work and family, and navigating the kind of body changes that have me quietly wondering: is this perimenopause?
I know what it feels like to hold everyone else's feelings while yours go unacknowledged. To lose it and spend the rest of the day replaying it. To lie awake at 3am with a mind that won't stop.
I made these audios because I needed them. My friends needed them. And because you might too.
No fixing. No advice. Just a pause that's genuinely yours.______________________________
What women are saying...
"I needed this on my nightly bed feed. Very much appreciated and would love more."
— Emily
"I see — so powerful. As a busy working mum with so much playing out that not many people can even relate to, those words are so powerful. You really do feel unseen and like you are constantly carrying so much. Just the acknowledgement is some relief. You're definitely onto something here."
— Cass
"I've listened to this multiple times. It just rings so deep. Thank you for being so thoughtful."
— Seraphina
