Calm Cadets offers the following types of products:
Digital products — including the Need a Minute Library (full annual subscription), the Need a Minute 30-day collections, and other digital audio, written, or multimedia products delivered via online access.
Physical products — including printed books and physical materials purchased directly through our website.
Third-party marketplace purchases — including physical products purchased via Amazon or other third-party platforms.
Digital products — access and use
Upon purchase of a digital product, access begins immediately upon purchase confirmation.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of our digital products.
30-day collections provide access for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days access will expire unless you choose to continue with an annual subscription or purchase a new collection.
Annual Library subscriptions provide access for 12 months from the date of purchase and will not renew automatically unless you choose to do so.
Other digital products will specify their access terms at the point of purchase.
Physical products purchased directly
Physical products purchased directly through our website are dispatched to Australian addresses only.
All direct physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on physical products purchased directly from us unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at [email] within 7 days of receiving it with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.
Physical products purchased via Amazon
Physical products purchased through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces are subject to that platform's own terms, conditions, and returns policies. Please refer directly to Amazon or the relevant marketplace for information about returns, refunds, and disputes for purchases made through their platform.
Refund policy — digital products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once access has been granted.

Subscriptions and recurring billing
The Need a Minute Library annual subscription is a recurring plan. This means it will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period and your payment method will be charged automatically at the renewal rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You will receive a reminder email before your renewal date so you have time to cancel if you choose to.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email] or managing your subscription through your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
If you do not wish your subscription to renew, please ensure you cancel before your renewal date.
Intellectual property
All audio content, written materials, physical publications, and associated content created by Calm Cadets are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Purchasing a physical book grants you a personal licence to read and use the content for your own non-commercial purposes only.
