I created Need a Minute because I needed it.

In the middle of motherhood, building a business and the mental and emotional load, I found myself needing something simple
I could reach for in real time—

not advice,
not overthinking,
just a pause.

Something that met me in the moment I was in.

 

And I realised I wasn’t alone in that.
