Why this exists…

I’m Krystal — trained counsellor, mama to a little one, and someone who knows what it feels like to be in overlapping seasons that ask everything.

I started Calm Cadets with a vision of supporting children’s emotional development.

Then I became a mother, and realised something important:

the most powerful way to support children is often to support their parents.
