Why I created this

​

I created Need a Minute because I needed it.

​

In the middle of motherhood, emotional load, and the constant demands of life, I found myself needing something simple I could reach for in real time — not advice, not overthinking, just a pause.

​

Something that met me in the moment I was in. Something small, but impactful.

​

And I realised I wasn’t alone in that.

​

So using my experience and counseling training, I created short audio support for the moments that ask the most of us.

Not to change anything.

Just to help you come back to yourself a little faster.
